I'm just obsessed with the weights machines we have they're like torture implements. You have no idea how obsessed with my arms I am and how much I'm in love with the chin up machine.

So basically to get myself to the gym I think about how I could lift more weight than Stallone and how strong I am. Maybe you should do that Affy?

I don't want strength. Never been lacking in that position. I just miss the confidence I had when I was fit. Plus, looking back at old photos and knowing I can look like that, I've got to be in the best shape I can be in. It's about self-respect.
