Ha! I wish! Well actually I don't wish cos I hate calling people, but 9 times out of 10 no phone number or anything. Half the time they don't even tell you what email address or domain is affected so you have to assume it's the one they're emailing from.

Haha, we had a client email us about not being able to download his incoming email, and our server admin replied to the email telling him how to fix it.
