well that was the point of the article I believe. Personally I would have no qualms at sueing the arse of a restaurant that thick (because she specifically asked them if it had nuts) but SB is right, if you are that alergic you really should have an epi pen with you at all times imho

Because no amount of first aid can undo contraindications from giving someone epi when shouldn't have.
