I feel in this day in age, its everyone's responsibility including men to keep all their hair neat. So head, chest, back and yes the nether regions. men do in addition need to have their facial hair in order, and women usually do the whole legs and armpits.

Its hard to know where to stop. If you shave your balls, how far up into your pubes do you go? I go for a general trim with the shaver attachment on my razor.

I really don't think it's necessary to go cold steel on your nuts. A simple trim with your beard trimmers would suffice, methinks.
