Well, i've now managed to watch the entire DVD (although I was thinking of re-watching the film in Spanish to see what it was like )

The commentary is very informative, although Roland Emmerich's accent got in the way of some of the info, but Dean Devlin said alot more, and he was easy to understand (as most people with "Dean" in the names are )

So, all in all i'd reccomend the DVD to any 'gate fan (duh), the film (especially the directors cut) is one of the best and most original sci-fi films there is, the commentary is good, although it was the first commentary I've seen, so i can't compare it to other ones.

And i think thats about that.

I think i'll go and rewatch the sandstorm scene again, i love Kawalsky's reaction at the end of it, and his apolgie to Kasuf... those who've seen it will know what I mean... those who haven't GO BUY IT!!!!! BUY IT NOW!!!!
