In Small Victories at the start when the Russians are checking out the sound thats coming from the torpedo tube there actually saying 'It sounds like the bug from the last episode.' Martin Wood said so.

well sorry i spelt the russian word for goodbye wrong told u i hadnt done russian for a while and anyway im consertrating on german and latin at the moment im not doing russian again until march 2003.
and thats only because im going to st.petersburgh with my school.

No, it means "Left rudder!", but it's one of the few bits of Russian I know.

well I think you are right since nalyeve in russian is similar to naljevo in my lan. which means left

You can somewhat confirm what Matthew says as "Left rudder!" because he got it straight from the Tom Clancy novel The Hunt for Red October. When Jonesy reports that the Russian Alfa has launched a torpedo, that's what Ramius barks to Ryan.
