Probably costs just as much to learn to fly the thing, spare parts, etc. Not like there's a local flight training school, or a local parts store.

But that would be so cool to have your own fighter jet.

I saw a similar site online a few years ago. I was suprised at how cheap you can get a fighter . Jeremy Clarkson did a feature on his Extreme Machines program too i think.

Doc you could have picked a better example... like a Skyline. Or if you wanna be a bit more rare, a koenigsegg .

bah craps to that.

See an RS4 is truly a connoiseurs car... but the trick is, theyre all estates....

Now this one was custom built and even though it has Quattro, the thing still squeals off with all 4 wheels spinning... puts ferraris in their place

Or lets see, a maybach... comes in 250 300 grand for an average model

Oh yeah that will go overwell

I would personally want a BMW or a Mercedes with that V12 in it. The BMW can use the V8 and still kick a$$

Made in America. Not my favorite (I like German)... but not bad.

Vector M12. 490 bhp. 0-60: 4.8sec. Windscreen projected instruments. Top Speed: 190+ mph. Etc.

Pffft. PFFFFFYTQwearfd fsFSB KS;GS

straight line speed

What one wants is the balance and poise of a RWD sports sedan or the handling and pure clinical and point and click interface of quattro tied to a finely tuned suspension....

Not a blunt mace, rather a surgeons knife!

How fast have you guys ever been in a car before? I can't be completely accurate... but when I was about 20, I took my dad's car out and it's speedometer went to 160 mph. I buried it for about 20 seconds and I'm sure it was still slowly accelerating. The max for the car was listed at 180. It was really scary... but so cool - very surreal! I'll probably never get the opportunity again.

To do this, you got to have a really fast car AND lotz of empty road!

So what car was this?

Personally driven to about 130, been driven around 150.... for a few hours at a time, well between 130- 150... when you have to drive 500/600 miles just to get back and forth from the airport, its needed.. it also gets boring.

Speedos dont really have anything to do with cars speed, ours goes to 160, wouldnt get past 130 though , not to mention at above 100 to 110, they have about 10 percent inaccuracies..especially near the top end.
