I the beings in the jaffa womb were prim'ta, not be removed until they had grown into gou'ald. Anyway, the jaffa are just cannon fodder, and I count only the gou'ald that has been blended with a human/humanoid being(not including the tok'ra). Counting the prim'ta would be like counting all the human feutuses that hasn't been born yet, which isn't done...
