My dad thinks its stupid to be Vegetarian. He thinks the body needs a good balance of meat and vegetables.

Its possible to get a good balance of everything the body needs being a vegetarian or not.

Infact lets be honest, most people dont really eat a balanced diet whether they are veggies or not.

i can understand anyone who wants to be a vegetarian health-wise but i think anyone who is a veggie cos eating animals and/or animal products is morally wrong should be planted in the middle of the serengeti and allowed to preach their beliefs to the lions
