Ah I said something like that yes. What's the point in mystery if it doesn't make sense? It doesn't add mystery, it makes the whole episode more ridiculous.

I wish they would get back to the cultures all over the galaxy and finding out about the origion of the stargates or the UN of the stars as it has been called. Not all of that "lets find out what part of the government hates us this week?" crap. I don't mind it every once and a while but I wish they would get back to doing the show like they did at the very begining. If thats possible.

but it's a cool idea. maybe they couldn't chnage the projectory of the meteor in the time allocated, but maybe if they worked on it a bit more, they could do it..

This episode sucked.

They stole the plot from other movies, and it was pretty uninteresting, like the tokra rescuing them in the end etc....

And it was quite obvious that the Goa'uld sent the asteroid, even before I saw the episode... and then when Teal'C mentioned the asgard the reason was clear immediatly!

It was Sky's fault I think, cos they wanted to leave a break between Summit and Last Stand (though I heard someplace that they weren't which totally buggers that up).

Hey there

Most the most part i liked this eppy, but i must say that it has not been there best, either the script writters are running out of fresh new ideas, or someone has cut there budget.
As previously said, there was not tension, in this episode. I pretty much figure that they would "save the world, Again!"
I am looking forward to next weeks two parter, so i can only hope that the script writters made a better job of this one.
I taped this episode, so Andrea-T if you are desparate enough to see it, i can send it to you!!
