You had me scratching my head then, thinking "how could i miss DSD, he's not hard to miss"

He's got a very distinctive voice as well, i posted on the old boards that he was in The 6th Day, well the angle used in his one-shot role was from an angle which made him hard to recognise for the split-second he was on, so it was left to his voice. As soon as i heard it i though "that sounds familiar"

Micheal Shanks was also in an episode of "The Outer Limits", a one where he was a member of a spacehip rescue team sent to rendezvous and investigate the fate of the crew of an Earth battlecruiser that was on a mission to eradicate an alien world. He played the medical doctor/scientist in the team, and the episode is seen literally through his eyes (he was also the "cameraman" documentor for the mission team), so he isn't on camera for most of the episode.

There was another "Outer Limits" episode where an alien fleet makes first contact with Earth on the very night a new US President had been inaugurated. The new President and his staff were trying hard to determine whether the aliens were hostile or not (they slammed a high-energy singularity into the moon, but whether it was a weapon or a side-effect of their faster-than-light propulsion drive was a mystery). When a visual signal from the aliens was recieved and the President got to see one for the very first time?guess who did it look like. Thor, and the Asgaard race, but a paler white in color and "ears" hanging from the side of the head. (The base model for this alien was later used as the model for all those Asgaards we see in SG-1)

Michael was also in an earlier Outer Limits called Mary 25 about a very human android nanny. Small but pivotal role.

JR Bourne was also in an OL called zigzag. Small and not very pivotal role.

He didn't just do Machello's voice, he was Machello. CJ also voiced the big alien in Crystal Skull, Quezcoatyl (sp??)
