maybe a good idea would be to make the content into a thread that is stickied, or an announcement which you can make through here so it will appear at the top of every forum.
Just an idea, maybe the keeper will want to put it under the 'faq' link :/

its still in the editing stages - i dont want it on the forum yet. as what is written relates directly to what we do here, i thought i'd run it past you first.
also, i dont want it as a post, as it would take several due to the character limit. plus, its a bitch editing the html. I'm hoping The Keeper will make it an external link, or intergrate it like the other FAQ.

Nicely done. Apart from a few typos etc (you might want to fix the link to gateworld), it's great. I can't think of anything that's missing. And it should be a html link not a thread imho.
